To be fair to that dreadful publication, SKY have exactly the same match report, probably PA, can’t imagine many papers sending reporters to TM last night.
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
Amazed anybody reads their garbage
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
I didn't actually read it but someone had commented about it on the website ... so thought I would copy it and would share it on here found it even more amusing that to accompany the article was a picture of Poop Guardiola

Just shows how good Hennessey is that he can stop goals when he's not even playing

Any other rag but them printing that & you'd probably label it as embarrassing.
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
When I found them down the road on the back page and us inside (in the Burnley edition!) I just decided never to buy it again.

Not that long ago we had local papers to be proud of. Now one that always claimed to be regional is run like a rag mag. That’s a lot of staff lost their livelihoods.

Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
The LT has been pro Rovers for years. When I used to go on their Clarets forum a Rovers idiot used about 60 different user names to disrupt and abuse the forum to the point where people (including me, Bosscat and Gordalemann) left. Nothing was done to stop it. The idiot even pretended to be disaffected Burnley fans.
If you think it gets bad on here sometimes think again. This is a good well run forum.

He is still there Ian keeps getting banned around once a month .... must have 100's of email addresses created to create new log ins ... JC is the same (probably the same person )houseboy wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 10:31 pmThe LT has been pro Rovers for years. Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
I used to wonder about JC bud. I stopped getting angry at Keano (as I still refer to him) because eventually decided he was probably mentally ill. No one in their right mind creates so many accounts to disrupt an opposing forum the way he did. His various ‘characters’ became so easy to spot it was ridiculous and he never stopped even when he was verbally shot down in flames. Do you remember when rumour had it that the perpetrator was an LT employee?
Those were the days mate.

Used to call himself sunshine or something like that. Complete and utter bottom feeder that poster is. Def got a poster Alan Shearer in his bedroom.

Its probably easier to say what he didn’t call himself. I think we eventually stopped counting at 50. What a twonk he was.mybloodisclaret wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 11:01 pmUsed to call himself sunshine or something like that. Complete and utter bottom feeder that poster is. You know I miss some of the guys on there mate. There was a time when it was a real good laugh, even when Keano was at large. But he just went too far and it became impossible to have chat without the brainless one piping up.
By the way does he still run that ridiculous website, you know, The Cradle of Football shite. What a pile of pants that was.

Don’t know mate. I think he left before I did but not sure. I know he subtly had to change his name slightly a couple of times because of his reaction to the dreaded one. Yeah, really nice bloke he was.

Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
John Claret was very witty. Had me in stitches. The Rovers troll though was something else. Wasn’t there a poster on there called Crumpled Foreskin??
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
When Keano found out I was a Locksmith he asked me how to get into the boot of his 1980's BMW that had a flat battery and he had lost his keys ... I told him (in a joke) that an angle grinder was his best bet ... he went off on a rant and never forgave mehouseboy wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 11:19 pmYou know I miss some of the guys on there mate. His website Jimdo dot com is one that reckons Blackburn was the cradle of football

John claret was certifiably bonkers but he was funny. He trolled the Rovers forum but at least he (mostly) did it in the same name.

The one thing Keano had a problem with was logic. Hit him with that and he reacted like Superman to cryptonite.Bosscat wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 11:28 pmThenameisBondjohnbond used to give you some nasty stick the Zom

He did! He loved his ‘seven years in the fourth division’ and his claim that we bribed our way out of relegation in 87.Bosscat wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 11:28 pmThenameisBondjohnbond used to give you some nasty stick the Zom

I got upset at times, but it’s water off my apparently ‘leathery arse’ now! No way to talk to a lady…

By the way when I joined this forum I wanted to use my old LT username of houseclaret but I couldn’t because it said that name was taken. I have yet to see anyone post under that name. Pity because i liked that name.

You know I completely forgot that claim of his. We were supposed to have bribed our way out of relegation at a time when our finances couldn’t have bribed a bent traffic warden.
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
All lies from Rimjob dot com along with the police chief going into Orients dressing room at half time and telling them to let us win because they couldn't guarantee their safety

You couldn’t make it up bud. He used to bang on about the 35 years unbeaten and got into a frenzy when I pointed out it was only 11 games and two of those were cup ties. And he was lost for words when asked why Rovers didn’t sell all their away allocation for a game at our place.

I thought Alf Thornton and Jack Howarth were bad enough but this is worse!
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
John Claret is still on there, his current moniker is chicken dance i think, he's utterly relentless, his "oh dear" posts after some Rovers misfortune was discussed was most amusing.
Re: Lancashire Blackburnegraph strike again....
His moniker last was "Grant Bickerstaff" and Stockyblue/Keano Troll was "Sherriff of Habergham"
