Re: British GP
The forecast has been changing every 10 mins and is showing rain during the race. I live about 30 miles away and it's been raining on and off all day. Short sharp heavy showers which is then bone dry 10 mins later. The wind is coming from the NW so I suspect there's a pretty good chance of at least some rain.
I think this one is Verstappens to lose is the track stays dry, if it's wet, anything could happen. Even if Sainz is leading, I suspect Ferrari will **** it up somewhere along the line.
Should be a good one today.

Re: British GP
Looked awful on live showing. Hope he’s OK
Re: British GP
Big crash. Awaiting reply to get a better sense of it which presumably will happen once they know everyone is OK.

Re: British GP
Replay just shown. Thank god for the Halo. The Halo could well have saved a serious injury or life in the F2 earlier too when one car landed on the top of another.
Re: British GP
That was frightening to watch. So lucky, and yes the halo definitely saved his life
Re: British GP
Amazing that he”s ok after that. I bet he smarts in the morning.

Re: British GP

Re: British GP

Re: British GP
Sounds like he's escaped that accident relatively unscathed...amazing.
Re: British GP
Who else thinks that George Russell should be permitted to restart? I do, after hearing his explanation as to what happened

Re: British GP
Rules is rules.
And as for F2 - Nissany is an absolute bell end. It's only fitting he took himself out after purposefully hitting Gauger. It was a disgraceful move

Lewis having a fantastic race so far. Good to see things going wrong for Verstappen just purely for his meltdown every time.

Safety car. This is going to be a phenomenal finish.

Re: British GP
I’ll echo that. Fantastic racing from all of them at the front. I’ll be disappointed if Perez is penalised in anyway though
Re: British GP
Brilliant stuff!! Proper racing.
Re: British GP
Great race.
Re: British GP
I’m sure all the drivers enjoyed that as much as we did, loved watch Mick Schumacher having a go at Max at the end too. Fantastic stuff, especially after the worrying start to the race

Re: British GP
Great race. Glad Ferrari only ****** the strategy for one of the drivers instead of both. Nice to see a win for Sainz and Perez got a 2nd chance - the earlier damage wasn't really his fault so good to see him in P2. Hamilton could have fought a bit harder after the SC restart - he seemed a bit timid sometimes, however a good P3 for him and Merc.
We need more teams in the top mix. Shame Verstappen and Russell had their incidents, we really could have had 7 or 8 cars fighting after that SC restart

Re: British GP
Can we race at Siverstone every race, that was F1 at its best.
Re: British GP
Floor damage to Max’s car, Shame really but it was a great race after the safety car.
