Obviously he doesn't need someone to pay his fine, but it would back fire on the FA and get good coverage if the Burnley fans set up a just giving page and paid the fine for him.it would attract news coverage and good press for Burnley and our love for the no dads
Why would this back fire on the FA - they have followed the rules
As for Burnley fans setting up a just giving scheme to pay the fine it would certainly attract press for Burnley but not sure much of it would be good
How about, since he is a millionaire several times over, he pays the fine and if Burnley fans want to set up a just giving page they do it for something/someone who deserves the financial benefit
And he then doubles the amount raised from his own pocket

He should say that it is a local expression which we use as a term of endearment when referring to our neighbours along the M65. Everyone in the local area, including our neighbours, are aware of the expression and know to whom it refers.

Can someone confirm my hazy recollection of a former Blackburn Chairman who used the same offending word to describe Burnley FC whilst being interviewed by Radio Lancashire some years ago.

No ban, which is good. Was very innocent.
Is that a week's wages now?

I remember a certain Jack Straw mentioning far worse than anything than our Ash said but given he was an elected member (literally) of Parliament in a ministry position at the time it was fine to label us and get away with Jack sh1x being done about it.
Come to think of it I’ve heard very little from that member for the last dozen or so years.

Jack Straw accused Burnley people of peeling bananas with their feet. What a disgusting hypocrite he was or maybe still is ?

Not sure the FA had the jurisdiction to fine Jack Straw.

Its a long way away but If I was Kompany I would be looking at leaving Barnes out of the squad for the return fixture as a gesture from the club to apologise for the disrespect Barnes showed.
I personally think respect is a big thing that is missing in modern day football and even in the modern world full stop and Kompany has a chance here to show that Burnley do things the right way
Ha, ha

So we can have quotes criticising labour, but put up a post stating tory problems and it is deleted. What's going on mods? Seriously.

Yeh, cos I’ve never seen a post criticising the Tory Party.
