Clarets View supporter survey
Just completed this having received it by email from the club. Please can I take this opportunity to lobby my fellow Clarets to join me and request :
1. a craft beer option (Moorhouses ?) on match days and
2. An audible PA system ...don't know how it is for others but it's just a muffled drone in the North Stand Lower block 5

Already completed it and added comments about beer and PA system, plus some lengthy thoughts on the ticket office.
Re: Clarets View supporter survey
When you enter.... Rather not say.... To a question, it won't let you continue without commenting why, the same if you say you've never visited the fanzone , you cannot continue without saying how it could be improved. Still worth 5 mins of your time.
Re: Clarets View supporter survey
Is there a question about us going back to using the proper badge? There should be.

Aye - do I buy stuff in the club shop - No, but still had to give an opinion the range of stuff in the club shop of which I know little / nothing about. Odd, but typical Burnley.

The email just has a claret coloured button which you click on to complete the survey. AS I've completed it I doubt the following link will work but here goes to give it try anyway :

Re: Clarets View supporter survey
Thanks for this. Completed it. Can’t fault anything on the pitch, but my main gripes are
The tediously slow service underneath the concourse at half time. I hate to say it but the best service I have had is at Blackburn away. They served 2 pint glasses so people weren’t going back as much, and they had can bars dotted about which helped again ease the queues. Pre pouring pints is also an option I have recommended.
The inaudible PA system as already mentioned.
I would also like to know the scores from all leagues and not just ours. I would use my phone to check but the signal is shockingly bad.
Better choice of lager would be great. Carlsberg is awful.

They've started selling San Miguel now on the JML, isn't that the case on all stands?gandhisflipflop wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 6:29 pmThanks for this. Completed it. Can’t fault anything on the pitch, but my main gripes are

Re: Clarets View supporter survey
Ha ha...I just want a decent pint of Moorhouses or some such rather than crappy lager. At Spurs they support the local Beavertown brewery (albeit it's since become a subsidiary of Heineken) by selling their brew Neck Oil and I think we should do the same.

Another reason to pop in "The Bridge Bier Huis" rather than the insipid witch water in the ground ... Also at £2.50 a pint for Moorhouses its a bonusStalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:52 pmHa ha...I just want a decent pint of Moorhouses or some such rather than crappy lager. Re: Clarets View supporter survey
Hope everyone is complaining about the terrible music played over the PA. Sounds like a kids disco, they never put anything decent on.
Re: Clarets View supporter survey
One Q was 'If you have visited the Papa John's...'
I haven't, so ignored 2 Qs. Insisted on an answer! Other Qs too.

Re: Clarets View supporter survey
I want better catering on the concourse as a priority, local craft ale alongside it absolutely.
Anyone who follows 'Footy Scran' on Twitter knows full well that our offering is absolutely tinpot compared to so many other clubs - no excuses these days! Roast beef sandwiches with roast potatos, Haffner's pies, loaded fries etc etc, most lower league clubs have offerings encompassing this stuff. I cannot remember the last time I bothered getting food at Turf Moor and instead we ate on the way or prior to setting off as the thought of a lava filled Hollands pie was not particularly exciting.

Agree with jedi_master. The pizza in the fan zone is an improvement but a lot hasn't changed since the 90s and 00s. Are they still doing Rollover hotdogs?
