Aye.
It’s clearly rigged. They always keep the big guns apart.

Wasn't rigged in the 4th round. Man City drew Arsenal.
Also, it's not rigged ever.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
The dream final, Manchester City v Manchester United, as proposed and seconded by the FA Council via their hot and cold balls, is still possible
Re: Semi-Final Draw
You sure about that? According to BBC Sport its City v Sheff U.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
Why was it necessary to make the draw with one game still outstanding?
Re: Semi-Final Draw
Never heard such a load of ******** ,can you imagine how much money the person who made the draw could make if he spilled the beans.
Re: Semi-Final Draw
Sheff won’t be able to play their two City loanees in that.
Basically been their best midfielders of late too.

I assume you are being ironic given that to my knowledge they've never met in a major final.

The probability of Man Utd vs City semi final was only 33.3%
Re: Semi-Final Draw
Wouldn't surprise me if Brighton bummed Man City in their Semi.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
The main reason they've never met in a final is because for most of football history Citeh weren't good enough and in the shorter periods when Citeh were good enough, Yoonited weren't.

What’s your point?I much preferred the way we went about it yesterday then trying to hang on for 90 minutes.TheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 8:15 pmHey Shaggy, none of Dyche's teams ever shipped 6 at City. Just saying, like.

up
Far be it for me to find myself agreeing with DA, but what he says is true. Mine have a heat retention capacity of a minute or two at most when outdoors, based on the 'cupping' method of temperature evaluation.Devils_Advocate wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 6:11 pmIf the balls are left out in the open for too long they lose their heat

Re: Semi-Final Draw
What's going to upset me is city not turning up in their semi final and making a real game of it.
Re: Semi-Final Draw
Exactly this. Our government couldn't keep a Christmas party under wraps for longer than a month, yet people still believe hundreds/thousands of people have kept quiet for decades about the faked moon landingsBurnley1989 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 5:21 pmTwin towers was a hoax, we never landed on the moon etc etc, I feel sorry for these types.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
It's the competitions where we don't have access to watching the draw that I'd be tempted to question and organisations like FIFA and UEFA who have a track record of corruption.Burnley1989 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 5:21 pmTwin towers was a hoax, we never landed on the moon etc etc, I feel sorry for these types.

And where there's money corruption is usually lurking
nearby. None of us know whether the draw was 'rigged'. That's the way it's always been. When you see the amount of corruption in this country currently you might begin to question the the suggestion.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
If they're fixing the Semi-Final draw to keep the big teams apart then they are not very good at it. Over the last 10 year or so these are the years there's been two big teams and two smaller teams and how the draw turned out
2011: Man Cty v Man Utd & Stoke v Bolton
2013: Man City v Chelsea & Wigan v Millwall
2015: Arsenal v Reading & Liverpool v Aston Villa
2021: Chelsea v Man Cty & Leicester v Southampton
So 4 times in 10 years this happened and only once did they manage to keep the big boys apart. No wonder Silkyskills is suspicious with daming evidence like this

Re: Semi-Final Draw
We do, it wasn’t rigged. Who would conspire to do that? And why? The FA Cup is small fry in the world of football finance.Silkyskills1 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 8:23 pmAnd where there's money corruption is usually lurking

There was a 1 in 3 chance that something would happen and it did.

Re: Semi-Final Draw
It's rigged from the quarters onwards, it happens year upon year where the big clubs are kept separate in the latter stages in the hope of a showpiece final. It happens all too often for it to be coincidence.
There's a reason they haven't updated how the draw has been done and perhaps move to an automated draw

Re: Semi-Final Draw
Oh right. When did it start, this rigging of finals? Must have been after 2011, the last time these two were in the semis together. They drew each other and Stoke got Bolton.THEWELLERNUT70 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 1:45 pmIt's rigged from the quarters onwards, it happens year upon year where the big clubs are kept separate in the latter stages in the hope of a showpiece final. Re: Semi-Final Draw
What amazes me is that there are people wiling to believe that every individual picked to make the draw is a crook, but get a programmable computer on the job and it's bound to be above board.THEWELLERNUT70 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 1:45 pmIt's rigged from the quarters onwards, it happens year upon year where the big clubs are kept separate in the latter stages in the hope of a showpiece final. Why would anyone believe that it's easier to get dozens of co-conspirators than it is to rig a computer?
