Park hill chippy - heart attack
Witnessed an elderly gentlemen receiving cpr about 10 mins before the match directly outside the chippy paramedics were on scene but the gent looked to be in a serious condition. Does anyone have an update to his condition. Hoping he’s well and being cared for in hospital..

Didn't see that but at the same sort of time I saw a Sunderland bird being carted off into t'Turf on a stretcher.
Crap night all round really.

Re: Park hill chippy - heart attack
There was a Sunderland fan (as far as I could tell) in the recovery position near the Cricket Field path. Police in attendance. Some of the chatter as I passed suggested drink related, but it wasn’t a pretty sight.

Dreadful news. Fancy going for chips and a footie match and not getting home to your family. Awful.

Not the time or the place LCP, but for the record, a neighbour of mine knew
the gent concerned and sad to confirm that he didn't make it.
RIP - thoughts are with his family and friends.

Hope it wasn't SteveF. He didn't trap that night. Sits alongside us. J mac lower left. Good crowd in that corner.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Wed Apr 05, 2023 12:42 pmNot the time or the place LCP, but for the record, a neighbour of mine knew
